Tramway House - North Avoca

For this project, the goal was to let the views do the talking. The architecture features a dramatic raked ceiling and expansive outlooks, so the lighting needed to support these elements rather than compete with them.

To achieve this, we kept the ceiling visually clean by avoiding downlights and instead used discreet linear lighting to softly wash light upwards. This approach enhances the sense of height and openness while maintaining a calm, uncluttered feel.

Carefully selected decorative fittings were then layered in key locations to add warmth, character and moments of visual interest, creating a balanced lighting scheme that feels both refined and inviting.
